Mesa/Boogie Studio Preamp

The Mesa Boogie Studio Preamp is based on the classic Mesa Boogie Mark IIC+ amplifier, but in the popular rackmountable form of the late 1980s. It's a 2U tube preamp and has 5 preamp tubes; 4 ECC83 (12AX7) valves and one ECC81 (12AT7) to drive the spreing reverb. It's got two switchable channels, rhythm and lead, as well as the classic 5 band graphic EQ, onboard spring reverb, a high quality effects loop, recording outs and two outputs to run to a stereo power amplifier. Mesa/Boogie Fifty/Fifty

The Mesa/Boogie Fifty/Fifty is a stereo valve power amp, specifically for guitar use. Made in California it uses 6L6 valves for its two independent channels. It features volume and presence controls for each channel and a very useful hi-lo power switch that switches it from 50 watts to 15 watts to allow for earlier onset of valve distortion whilst recording.
